Xovient Technology is proud to have collaborated with Zurich Kotak General Insurance for their first-ever internal Hackathon 2026, held from 13th to 15th March 2026.
As part of this initiative, Xovient onboarded 20+ skilled developers to build AI-driven prototypes that solve real-world business challenges. Participants were strategically divided into teams based on their expertise and aligned use cases provided by Zurich Kotak, ensuring focused innovation and effective problem-solving.
Over the course of three dynamic days, the hackathon fostered:
Innovative thinking and rapid ideation
Continuous experimentation and iteration
Collaborative problem-solving in a high-energy environment
Development of impactful, AI-powered solutions
The participant pool represented a diverse and experienced talent base, including:
Senior Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Technical Analysts, Consultants, AI/ML Engineers, and RPA Developers, among others.
The event was marked by intense collaboration, where teams engaged in:

At the conclusion of the hackathon:
All participants were awarded Certificates of Participation
